"Felt like a bait and switch when I actually needed help"
I signed up thinking the emergency coverage would give me some peace of mind, but when I actually needed help, it took way longer than I expected for anyone to show up. Then the bills afterward were confusing and didn’t really match what I thought I was paying for. it left me with a bit of a bait and switch feeling.

I thought it was straightforward. The limits and exclusions were easy to find, so I knew exactly what wasn’t covered before I bought it. that made the whole thing feel a lot more trustworthy

"Renewing ended up being way more..."
Renewing ended up being way more annoying than I expected. They made it sound like the extension would be quick and simple, but it took longer than they said and I had to keep waiting around. It definitely gave me that bait-and-switch feeling, like the process was presented one way upfront but turned into something else once I was already in it

"Decent Coverage, But I’m Not Fully Sold on the Price"
I’ve been using it for a bit, and the coverage has been decent overall. I haven’t had any major complaints there, but when I look at what I’m paying, I’m not totally convinced it’s the best value. It works fine, I just wish the price felt a little more reasonable

"Pricing could be clearer"
I was looking through the plans and the pricing felt a bit hard to figure out. Some of the important details only showed up later, I wasn’t totally sure what I’d actually end up paying. The site itself worked fine, but I really wish they were more upfront about the total cost and any extras.

"Support just disappears"
I’ve tried reaching out to support a few times now and it feels like nobody is there anymore. What’s more frustrating is there’s no follow-up at all, so you’re just left waiting and wondering if anyone even saw your message.

"Reimbursement took a while"
I did get my reimbursement in the end, but it took longer than I expected and I had to follow up twice. After I’d already paid, I started feeling a bit unsure about whether they were actually going to sort it out, which wasn’t a great feeling. It worked out eventually, but the whole process could’ve been smoother.

I did eventually get my refund, so that part was fine, but canceling was WAY more annoying than it needed to be. I had to send too many emails back and forth before it was finally sorted out.

"I’m kind of on the fence about it"
I used the site for a bit it was okay in some parts, but I didn’t totally trust it. A few things seemed helpful at first, then other info felt unclear or just not explained well enough. Maybe it works fine for some people, but I kept second-guessing what I was looking at, so I wasn’t super confident using it

"I signed up for a small plan thinking..."
I signed up for a small plan thinking it would be straightforward, but the billing turned into a mess. I’m also annoyed because the terms seemed to change after I signed up, or at least they weren’t clear upfront. Then my card got charged again after I was sure I had canceled, and the invoice barely explained what the charge was for.

Support took forever to get back to me and basically just told me to check my account settings, which wasn’t helpful at all. I’m still waiting on the refund, and it’s been a frustrating payment experience.

"I sent in my claim thinking it..."
I sent in my claim thinking it would be handled in a reasonable amount of time, but it felt like I was just waiting around forever. Updates were slow, and I kept having to check back because you never really knew what was going on.

Maybe other people have had a smoother experience, but for me it was frustrating. When you file a claim, you expect things to move along a bit faster, and this just didn’t feel like that at all

"The Communication Was a Bit of a Mess, Honestly"
If I’m being honest, dealing with the communication felt way more stressful than it needed to be. Replies came in slowly, and when they did, they weren’t always clear, so I was left trying to piece things together like some kind of mystery. Not the best experience

"Glad I didn’t end up losing time over my claim"
I had to file a claim last month and was expecting it to turn into one of those drawn-out things where you lose a bunch of time chasing updates. Thankfully, INF Plans approved it faster than I thought they would. The emails were clear enough that I didn’t have to keep guessing what was happening, which I appreciated. Overall, it was a smooth process and I’m glad it didn’t end up costing me extra stress or wasted time.

The site was easy to get around and I found what I needed fast, which was a relief. Pages loaded fine and nothing was confusing, but it’s annoying that so many other websites make this kind of basic stuff so difficult. Whoever designs those messy sites should take notes. This one actually worked the way it should, so no big issues from me

"Pretty easy overall"
I bought a plan on infplans.com and it was straightforward. Found what I was looking for without too much trouble, and checkout was quick. I did have to go back and double-check one part before paying, since it wasn’t totally clear to me, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall it went fine, just wish a couple things were explained a little better
